Applying to Founders 5 is free and no purchase is required at any point to apply, to be selected, or to use the licences during the twelve-month grant period. No payment method is collected during the grant, and nothing renews automatically.
Not an offer or a contract
This page and the Founders 5 landing page are promotional materials only. They do not constitute an offer, a binding commitment, or a contract. A grant exists only once Zest confirms selection in writing and the recipient accepts Zest's standard subscription terms and acceptable use policy, which govern the use of the platform.
Limited availability and discretionary selection
Availability is limited to five recipients per monthly cohort for up to five consecutive cohorts. Selection is made at Zest's sole discretion and is not a sweepstakes, contest of chance, lottery, or prize promotion. No consideration is required and no winner is drawn at random. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Zest may modify, pause, or discontinue future cohorts at any time without notice; grants already confirmed run their full twelve-month term.
Eligibility
The program is intended for business entities only and is not available to consumers. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to enter agreements on behalf of their organization, and located in a jurisdiction where Zest lawfully offers its services. Zest employees, contractors, resellers, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Zest may verify the information provided and may withdraw a grant if the information is materially inaccurate or incomplete.
Stated value is illustrative
Values cited in program materials are based on Zest's published list price of $79 per user, per month, for five users over twelve months (USD $4,740). List pricing is subject to change and the stated value is illustrative only. It does not represent a discount from a negotiated rate, a credit, or cash equivalent. The grant has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be resold or combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts, and cannot be exchanged for credit toward other products or services.
Scope of what is provided
The grant covers access to the Zest platform for up to five technician users for twelve months from the date the seats are provisioned. It does not include custom development, bespoke integrations, third-party software or licences, data migration services, dedicated implementation resources, or professional services unless separately agreed in writing. Recipients receive the same standard support as paying customers.
No performance or results guarantee
Statements about setup speed, time savings, configuration, or operational outcomes reflect typical experiences and are not guarantees. Results vary with each MSP's processes, data quality, team, and client base. Zest does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service beyond the commitments in its standard terms, and provides no legal, tax, accounting, or business advice through this program.
Marketing, feedback, and publicity
Participation does not require a testimonial, case study, reference call, review, or social post. Zest may ask once whether a recipient is willing to participate, and declining has no effect on the grant. Zest will not use a recipient's name, logo, or statements in marketing without prior written permission. Feedback voluntarily provided may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
Data, privacy, and confidentiality
Application information is used to evaluate eligibility and administer the program, and is shared internally only with those who need it for that purpose. Zest does not sell application data and does not use customer or end-client data to train third-party AI models. Recipient data remains the recipient's property and is exportable during and after the grant at no charge. Processing is described in Zest's privacy policy.
End of the grant period
At the end of month twelve, continued use is available at the then-current list price, currently $79 per user, per month. There is no obligation to continue, no minimum term, no auto-renewal, and no export or offboarding fee. If a recipient chooses not to continue, the account is closed at the end of the term and no charges are incurred.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zest's total liability arising out of or relating to this program is limited to the amount, if any, paid by the participant to Zest in connection with the program, which for grant recipients is zero. Zest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Governing terms and changes
This disclaimer supplements the Founders 5 program terms, Zest's subscription terms, acceptable use policy, and privacy policy. Where a conflict exists, the executed subscription terms control the use of the platform and the program terms control the mechanics of the grant. Zest may update this disclaimer and will change the version and date rather than editing silently. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
