What the program is
Zest is giving five managed service providers per month, for five consecutive months, five Zest licences at no cost for twelve months. Twenty-five recipients in total. At our published list price of $79 per user per month, each grant is worth $4,740.
Who can apply
You can apply if your MSP has been trading for fewer than 24 months, has fewer than six technicians including you, does not currently pay for a PSA platform, and is based in the United States. Zest employees, contractors, and their immediate families cannot apply.
How selection works
Selection is at Zest’s sole discretion. Applications are not scored against a rubric and recipients are not selected at random. Zest’s founder reads the applications and decides. Every applicant receives a decision and a specific reason by email.
No purchase, no cost, no obligation
There is no cost to apply and no purchase is necessary. You are not required to enter payment details during the twelve months. You are under no obligation to become a paying customer at the end of the grant.
What you are not required to do
Recipients do not have to appear in Zest marketing, provide a testimonial, join a case study, give a reference, or post about the program. We may ask once around month six. Saying no changes nothing about your grant.
What happens at month 13
The grant runs for twelve months from the date your seats are provisioned. Continuing after that costs $79 per seat per month. Nothing renews automatically. If you do not choose to continue, the account closes at the end of month twelve and you are not billed.
Your data
Your tickets, time entries, client records, and agreements belong to you. You can export them during or after the grant without a fee. We do not sell your data and do not use your client data to train models.
What Zest can do
Zest may end an individual grant if the account breaches the standard terms of service, application information is materially untrue, or the recipient asks us to. Zest may change or end future cohorts, but grants already made still run for their full twelve months.
What we cannot promise
We cannot promise the software will suit every business. Zest ships pre-configured, which can be a constraint for anyone who needs deep custom configuration or industry-specific compliance workflows. Recipients receive the same support as paying customers, not a dedicated implementation service.
